Darran is our wonderful Soho Store Manager who has been part of the FINLAY team since 2020. With over 15 years of optical expertise he shares with us advice that he lives by, his biggest career highlights to his exciting plans for the summer ahead.

What do you enjoy most about working at FINLAY?
I love the culture that we as a team have built in store. This radiates out to our patients and allows us to strive to deliver the best customer experience!
Your current favourite FINLAY frame?
My favourite FINLAY frame at the moment is Milman in Champagne with Green lenses but, the new collection launches soon and we can't wait to have it in-store.
When did you get into optics?
I first started optics 15 years ago.
Throughout your professional career, what has been one of your biggest highlights?
The biggest highlight of my career so far has been being a part of the FINLAY team and growing the brand within the independent opticians space.
A piece of advice you live by?
I always believe that you should treat people the way you would like to be treated. It's nice to be nice!

This summer I'm hoping to travel more and see more of the world and make more memories with my loved ones.
