The Role
- Deliver informative frame styling and eyecare advice in store
- Work alongside a team of energetic optical stylists and dispensers
- Process customer orders and returns
- Give accurate optical solutions for customers
- Develop excellent product knowledge
- Be a FINLAY advocate to grow brand awareness, store customer base and sales
- Take pride in store appearance and maintain shop floor standards
- Other as hoc tasks to support the business needs
Your Profile
- A strong understanding of optics and confident in your ability to communicate with customers.
- Experience within a high-end retail environment
- A passion for exceptional customer service and a love of interacting with people
- Confident, genuine, and positive
- Striving to see customers fitted with frames that help express their individuality and personality
- Team player yet work well independently
- Motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Eager to share and learn
- Passionate about independent eyewear
- Understand and fit well within the FINLAY stores
- Strong problem solving skills
